Book Synopsis
The Flashmanesque adventures of wily Commissar Cain, his malodorous aide Jurgen, and the 296th Valhallans have proved great favourites among Black Library fans. This omnibus edition is an attractive introduction to a very popular series.
Book Review
This omnibus of the first three books in the Commissar Cain series is absolutely fantastic. The three individual books will be reviewed eparately, but what makes this omnibus stand above the books separately (other than the greatly reduced price), is the inclusion of the original Ciaphus Cain short stories!
For the short stories alone, I`d have paid the price of a normal book and rated this 10 out of 10 - for the first three novels as well its simply a must have!
